1 . Basic Qualifications
Educational Requirements
· College degree or above (accounting for 50%-60%)
· Science and engineering majors are preferred (vehicle engineering, mechanical design, etc.)
Work Experience
· 1-3 years of manufacturing sales experience (optional but preferred)
· Those with experience in the wiring harness /auto parts industry will have their job suitability increased by 30%
2 . Core Competency Requirements

3 . Additional screening conditions
Age limit : Most companies require 25-40 years old, some companies relax the age limit to 45 years old
· Health requirements : No color blindness or color weakness, able to adapt to business trips or production line field visits
Regional Match : Enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta/Pearl River Delta prefer local residents or those with regional customer resources
IV . Compensation and Incentive Mechanism
Salary Structure
· Base salary ( 4,000-6,000 yuan) + commission (2%-5% based on order amount) + performance bonus
